About Us

El Patito Editorial was launched in October 2007 with the publishing of the catalogue of the exhibition "Golfiño en portada". From the very beginning, our goals have been always clear to us:

• To publish works by Galician artists both in Galician and Spanish;
• To recover Galician classic comic works;
• To publish works of special interest from Spanish and foreign authors.

We are mainly committed with quality books that move away from fads since we conceive comic as a literary genre in itself. For us at El Patito Editorial, each work is a case of study in order to achieve the perfect fitting of each and every page. Format is one of our main concerns since we believe that a high quality work can be spoiled by a badly cared for edition.

Team

Our team at El Patito Editorial consists of:

Editor: Gemma Sesar, an Art historian and a devoted and wholehearted fan of comic.
Art Director: Fausto Isorna, a graphic designer and comic strip draftsman, backed by a succesful career of more than twenty years.
